PROCEDURES INCLUDE:

  During heating and cooling inspection:
Replace standard filter/wash permanent filter
Check thermostat operation
Lubricate moving parts
Inspect fan belt and adjust tension
Inspect and tighten loose electrical connections
Inspect blower wheel (clean if needed)
 
  During cooling inspection:
Inspect outdoor coil (clean if needed)
Check refrigerant charge
Check metering device
Check contactor
Check capacitor
Inspect and clean condensate drain
Check voltage and amperage draw on all motors
Clean indoor coil (if needed) at discounted service charge
 
  During heating inspection:
Inspect heat exchanger (clean if needed)
Inspect burners (clean if needed)
Inspect pilot assembly and operation
Check flue draft for safe operation
Check for gas leaks at furnace
